Jessi Shuraleff is a former Head of Industry at Google who, after 13.5 years, after much reflection, decided to take her career in a new direction. As a caring and empathetic leader, Jessi guided her teams to great success and was on a clearly defined path for more success within her organization. However, like most of us, we seek to do something different to make a more significant impact. 

Jessi shares her wonderful experiences at Google and her mindset around what led her to decide to leave her position in this episode. She shares how taking an internal, lateral position was one of the best career moves she ever made.
