12: How to Communicate Your Value

I’m going to need you to brag for a bit. And yes, this isn’t going to be an easy exercise, but you will want to listen to this episode to help you get very clear on your professional value and how best to communicate it. 

You’re having two conversations. One is focused on what you do. The other is focused on who you are as a professional. There are a lot of people who can do what you do. They have the technical skills and experience, but only you can bring your Unique Professional Value to that position, which will create the value add and the results you and your company desire.
